Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 23 January 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Onyx Line Kft. (company registration number: 01-09-454935, tax number: 23993682-1-42, registered office: 1151 Budapest, Károlyi Sándor út 80., Hungary; hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) at the Invictus Tattoo studio operated at 1042 Budapest, Árpád út 90–92., ground floor 10., Hungary, as well as through the related website and any consultations carried out electronically, especially by email or messaging applications, or in person.

By using the services of the Service Provider, the User, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, accepts the provisions of these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

The Service Provider offers the following services:

custom tattooing
piercing
laser tattoo removal
graphic design, including but not limited to tattoo-related designs and visual concepts

The services are subject to prior appointment booking, which may take place electronically, for example by email or messaging application, or in person.

Registration, user accounts and direct online payment are not available on the website.

3. Appointment Booking and Deposit

3.1

Appointments can be booked electronically, for example by email or messaging application, or in person.

3.2

Finalising an appointment requires payment of a previously agreed amount by bank transfer, in cash, or by using a valid gift voucher issued by the Service Provider.

3.3

The amount paid in advance shall be considered a deposit and applies to the booked appointment and the specific Client.

3.4

The purpose of the deposit is to secure the appointment and reserve the Service Provider’s capacity.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-show

4.1

The Client may request to reschedule an appointment no more than two times per booked appointment, no later than 3 working days before the booked appointment.

Within 3 working days before the booked appointment, the appointment is considered final and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling is always subject to confirmation by the Service Provider.

4.2

The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.3

If the Client does not attend the booked appointment or does not request the appointment to be rescheduled in accordance with these Terms, the paid deposit will be forfeited.

4.4

If the Client arrives more than 1 hour late compared to the booked appointment time, the Service Provider is entitled to consider the appointment missed.

4.5

The forfeiture of the deposit shall not be considered a penalty, but compensation for the loss suffered by the Service Provider due to the missed appointment.

5. Fees and Payment

The service fee is subject to individual agreement.

The final price depends on the time required, size and complexity of the service. In the case of tattoos, a representative of the Service Provider and/or the tattoo artist will inform the Client of the price before the tattooing begins.

For piercing and laser tattoo removal services, the current price lists published on the website and in the tattoo studio shall apply.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider provides custom, personalised services. After payment of the deposit, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded under applicable law.

7. Health Suitability and Declarations

7.1

Before using the service, the Client must provide truthful and complete information about their health condition.

7.2

The Service Provider requires the Client to complete and sign a consent form on-site before tattooing, piercing or laser tattoo removal begins.

7.3

The declaration may contain personal data, which the Service Provider processes solely for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and safely providing the service.

7.4

The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider is not liable for any consequences arising from false, incomplete or misleading information provided by the Client.

8. Liability

8.1

The Service Provider performs its services in compliance with the applicable professional, health and hygiene regulations.

8.2

The result and healing process of tattooing, piercing and laser tattoo removal depend on individual characteristics, lifestyle and aftercare. The Service Provider is not liable for circumstances arising from these factors.

8.3

The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the Client.

8.4

Graphic design work is prepared based on consultation with the Client. Differences arising from the subjective nature of aesthetic judgement shall not be considered defective performance.

9. Copyright

The website, as well as the designs, patterns, drawings and images created by the Service Provider, are protected by copyright. Their unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Provisions Regarding Minors

10.1

Persons under the age of 16 may not use the Service Provider’s services.

10.2

For Clients between the ages of 16 and 18, tattooing, piercing and laser tattoo removal are subject to a parental or legal guardian consent form signed on-site.

11. Use of Images

11.1

The Service Provider is entitled to take reference photographs of works created during the provision of services.

11.2

These photographs may appear on the Service Provider’s website and social media platforms.

11.3

The Client will not be identifiable in the photographs unless the Client gives explicit consent.

12. Data Protection and Complaints

The processing of personal data is governed by the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

The Client may submit any comments or complaints regarding the service to the Service Provider by email.

13. Gift Vouchers

13.1

The Service Provider sells gift vouchers, which may be used for any service within the validity period indicated on the voucher.

13.2

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

13.3

After the expiry date, the gift voucher can no longer be used.

14. Force Majeure and Technical Reasons

14.1

Force majeure means any unforeseeable and unavoidable event, including but not limited to power outage, technical failure or illness, which prevents the performance of the service.

14.2

In the event of force majeure, the Client will not lose the paid deposit and the Service Provider will offer a new appointment.

14.3

In the event of force majeure, the Service Provider shall not be obliged to pay any further compensation.

15. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Any amendment shall enter into force upon publication on the website.
